Construction of 3 numbers of security infrastructures (brick security morcha, security barrack & kitchen & toilet) for Indirect Heaters IH2, IH3 & IH4 along with construction of pillow foundations for placement of four numbers of Indirect Heaters (IH1 to IH4) between Kumchai and Bordumsa across Kumchai Kusijan Project Pipeline in Arunachal Pradesh. All materials are to be supplied by contractor except cement.
