lightings etc. required for various official ,socio-
reigious, cultural, entertainment programmes &
functions at Narengi Club , Luitpaar Club & other
venues at PHQ, Guwahati as and when required
basis for the period of 3(three) years with a
provision of extension for another 1(one) year .
