a. OIL’s commitment to OGDC: Oil India Limited has become signatory to a global charter on Oil and Gas Decarbonization, reinforcing Commitment to a Sustainable Future. This pivotal initiative is aimed at reducing carbon emissions across the oil and gas sector. This strategic move underscores OIL's unwavering commitment to sustainability and aligns with its broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives.

Collaboration with TotalEnergies OIL and TotalEnergies signed a Cooperation Agreement on 18.11.2024 to carry out Methane emissions detection and measurement campaigns using TotalEnergies’ pioneer Airborne Ultralight Spectrometer for Environmental Applications (AUSEA® ) technology in its operational areas
