Shri Bhupinder Kumar, Director, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (Indian Administrative Service - 2011 batch), has rich and diverse working experience of 15 years.
His education qualifications include B. Tech in Electronics & Communication and M.A (Public Policy).
Prior to his appointment at Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, he has served as Secretary to Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir, Public Works (R&B) Department.
His last few postings include Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department, Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department, Govt of J&K & Resident Commissioner, Govt of J&K at New Delhi.
