“सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय द्वारा दिनांक 16 जून 2021 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना सं. सीजी-डीएल-ई-16062021-227649 के तहत जारी संशोधन के अनुसार, जिला उद्योग केंद्र, खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड या कॉयर बोर्ड या राष्ट्रीय लघु उद्योग निगम, हस्तशिल्प एवं हथकरघा निदेशालय, उद्यम आधार पंजीकरण या मंत्रालय द्वारा निर्दिष्ट किसी अन्य संस्था के साथ किया गया पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र 31.12.2021 तक मान्य रहेगा। यह मान्यता उद्यम पंजीकरण संख्या और उद्यम पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र के साथ नई निविदाओं के लिए तथा उन चालू निविदाओं के लिए भी लागू होगी जिनकी बोली अभी खोली नहीं गई है”
