NOTICE OF INVITING TENDER
OIL INDIA LIMITED invites tender for the under mentioned services: -

Transportation of rig equipment and materials consisting of Tankages, Crew-huts, Bunk houses, Draw works, Power packs, Rig pumps, Tubulars/casings etc. from one location to another in OIL's operational areas of Assam & Arunachal Pradesh by tractor-trailer units with loading and unloading facilities to be provided by OIL in various range of distances on call out basis as and when required for a period of two years, extendable by another one year, if required.
 
Bid Documents (non-transferable) can be obtained from the office of Head (Contracts), Oil India Limited, P.O. Duliajan, Assam-786602 from 18.07.2005 to 01.08.2005 on application alongwith Tender Fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.500/- each only through a Crossed Demand Draft / Banker's cheque in favour of 'Oil India Limited' payable at Duliajan. Applicants can also deposit the tender fee directly in UBI/UCO Bank/SBI/Allahabad Bank / Canara Bank of Duliajan Branch and proof of such deposit must be furnished along with the applications for tender documents.
  1. SALIENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

    1. The average Annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last 3(three) years ending 31st March 2004 must be minimum of Rs.35,00,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Five Lakh). Certified copies of audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account must be submitted as evidence.
    2. Bidder(s) must possess minimum 5 (five) nos. tractor-trailer units of minimum 20 MT capacity of vintage not earlier than 01.01.1997 in their own name. Photocopies of Registration Certificate to be submitted as evidence.
    3. Bidders must have minimum 3 (three) years experience in transportation business during last 7 (seven) years preceding from bid closing date.

Interested bidders may purchase the complete set of tender document (non-transferable) from the following address (during working hours) on submission of application and tender fee of Rs. 500.00 (Non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque from any Nationalised Bank in favour of OIL INDIA LIMITED and payable at Duliajan.
