Bid Documents (non-transferable) can be obtained
from the office of Chief Manager (Contracts), Oil India Limited,
P.O. Duliajan, Assam-786602 from 10.06.2005 to 04.07.2005 on application
alongwith Tender Fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.500/- only
through a Crossed Demand Draft / Banker's cheque in favour of
'Oil India Limited' payable at Duliajan. Applicants can also deposit
the tender fee directly in UBI/UCO Bank/SBI/Allahabad Bank Canara
Bank of Duliajan Branch and proof of such deposit must be furnished
along with the applications for tender documents.
Salient Eligibility Criteria for Tender No. CCO/OGPL/9971/2005
1.0 The bidders should have average Annual financial
turnover during the last 3(three) years, ending 31st March, 2004
at least Rs.28.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Eight lakhs only)
2.0 II) The bidders shall have experience of
successfully completing similar job(s) of following magnitude
in the last 7(seven) years ending 31.05.2005 with PSUs / Central
/State Govt. Organizations.
(a) 3(three) contracts of minimum value Rs.37.00 lakhs each OR
(b) 2(two) contracts of minimum value Rs.46.00 lakhs each OR
(c) 1(one) contract of minimum value Rs.73.00 lakhs
3.0 Similar work means the following nature of
jobs :
Construction of welded, piggable, coated & wrapped, cross-country
oil/gas transmission pipe lines minimum 200 mm diameter as per
ANSI B 31.4/31.8 specifications along with all associated jobs
as per applicable and relevant codes / standards.
4.0 The bidder shall either own or give an undertaking
to possess requisite tools and equipment for construction of major
trunk pipeline engine driven are welding sets with generation
current up to 400 amps and conforming strictly to API Std. 1104
as described vide item No.4 in schedule of works. He shall also
possess pipe bending machine for 300 mm nominal bore pipes, high
capacity pipe carrying trailer, generating set, grinding machine
and others as deemed necessary. The bidder shall provide a detail
list of equipment along with make, capacity, quantity etc. proposed
to be deployed for the job in the event of awarding the contract
to them.
5.0 The bidder shall be equipped with or give
an undertaking to possess necessary equipment, tools and ancillaries
for pigging and hydro testing of the line as well as air / brush
pigging as mentioned in Part-II, schedule of work.
6.0 The bidder himself or the third party engaged
by him as stipulated in schedule of works must have qualified
radiographer having valid certificate from BARC along with approved
Radiographic Camera and Radio isotopes.
7.0 The bidder shall either have or give an undertaking
to engage skilled welder capable of performing radiographic quality
welding as per API 1104 / ANSI B 31.4/31.8.
8.0 Bidder must possess P.F. Code.
