OIL INDIA LIMITED invites applications from reputed and well-established Civil Engineering Firms / Contractors having requisite experience/resources for pre-qualification for issuance of tender papers to carry out the under-mentioned work.
Tender No. Service Requirements
 CCO/CIV/10133/2005 Construction of 391.00m long Brick Boundary wall of 230mm thickness & 3050mm high with RCC column and providing 600mm dia Concertina Coil on "Y" pattern overhang and raising of existing 2440mm high old brick boundary wall to 3050mm of 677m in NAGAJAN OCS, including supply of all materials except cement.
 CCO/CIV/10134/2005 Construction of 651.00m long Brick Boundary wall of 230mm thickness & 3050mm high with RCC column providing 600mm dia Concertina Coil on "Y" pattern overhang after dismantling of old existing brick wall at JORAJAN OCS, including supply of all materials except cement.
2.0Applicant must possess the following:
  1. Experience of having undertaken construction of building jobs or boundary wall with CPWD, Railways, APWD, MES, NRL or any other Central/ State Government Organization/ PSU of which minimum value of construction executed during the last 7(seven) years ending financial year 2004-05 should be as follows:

    For CCO/CIV/10133/2005
    1. One single contract job of value of Rs.46.00 lakh.
    2. Two contract jobs of value of Rs.29.00 lakh each.
    3. Three contract jobs of value of Rs.23.00 lakh each.

    For CCO/CIV/10134/2005
    1. One single contract job of value of Rs.32.00 lakh.
    2. Two contract jobs of value of Rs.20.00 lakh each.
    3. Three contract jobs of value of Rs.16.00 lakh each.

  2. Average financial turnover during the last 3 (three) years ending financial year 2003-04 should be at least Rs.19.00 lakh for CCO/CIV/10133/2005 and Rs.13.00 lakh for CCO/CIV/10134/2005. The proof of annual turnover should be either in the form of audited balance sheet or certification from Chartered / Cost Accountant firm indicating the code no.
  3. Must have PF Code No. & PAN issued by the appropriate Govt. authority in the name of the applicant.
  4. Must have sound financial standing, supported with documentary evidences from any Nationalized Bank.
  5. All the certificates and documentary evidences submitted in support of para 2.0(i), 2.0(ii), 2.0(iii) & 2.0(iv) above must be duly attested by competent authority. This will be applicable for all contractors / construction firms including OIL registered contractors. The applicants selected for issue of tender papers will have to produce the original documents for verification in the office of the HEAD (Contracts), if required in due course of time.

Separate applications in sealed envelopes super scribing the Tender No. & applicant's name/address along with the details of information as mentioned in para - 2.0 above should reach HEAD (CONTRACTS), OIL INDIA LTD, Duliajan on or before 05/08/2005. Application may be sent by post. However, for the delay in receipt or non-receipt of the same, HEAD (Contracts) will not be responsible.

OIL INDIA LIMITED reserves the right to curtail / enhance the scope of the work stated above, if required. The details will be indicated in the final tender document.
5.0The work may be split up amongst more than one contractor at the sole discretion of the Company.

The parties found suitable by the Company will be furnished with complete set of tender papers covering all details of work. The bid closing and opening time and date will be indicated on the tender documents.
