Bid Documents (non-transferable) can be obtained from the office of Chief Manager (Contracts), Oil India Limited, P.O. Duliajan, Assam-786602 from 16/11/2004 to 13/12/2004 on application alongwith Tender Fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.500/- only through a Crossed Demand Draft / Banker's cheque in favour of 'Oil India Limited' payable at Duliajan. Applicants can also deposit the tender fee directly in UBI/UCO Bank/SBI/Allahabad Bank Canara Bank of Duliajan Branch and proof of such deposit must be furnished along with the applications for tender documents.

Salient Eligibility Criteria for Tender No. CCO/OGPL/9596/2004


1.0 The bidder should have average Annual financial turnover during the last 3(three) years, ending 31st March, 2004 at least Rs. 25.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five lakhs only)

2.0 The bidder must have experience of successfully completing similar job(s) of following magnitude in the last 7(seven) years ending 30/11.\/2004 with PSUs / Central /State Govt. Organizations.

(a) One single contract handled costing not less than Rs. 65.00 Lakhs, OR

(b) Two single contracts handled costing not less than Rs. 40.00 lakhs each, OR

(c) Three single contracts handled costing not less than Rs. 32.00 lakhs each.

3.0 Similar work means the following nature of jobs :
Thermal insulation (Lagging) jobs carried out in steam lines, product lines, fired & non fired vessel, engine exhaust etc.
