2.0 Applicants must possess the following:-
(a) Experience of having undertaken construction of RCC bridges
with CPWD, Railways, APWD, MES, or any other Government Organization
/ Public Sector Undertaking of which minimum value of construction
of RCC bridges during the last 7(seven) years, ending financial
year 2003-04 should be as follows :
i) One single contract job of value of Rs. 38.00 lakh, or
ii) Two contract jobs of value of Rs. 24.00 lakh each, or
iii) Three contract jobs of value of Rs. 19.00 lakh each.
The certificates in support of work experiences should be submitted
in original, issued by Chief Engineer of respective Govt. department/
Govt. organization/ PSU.
(b) Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last 3(three)
years, ending financial year 2003-04 should be at least Rs 16.00
lakh.. The proof of Annual Turnover should be either in the form
of Audited Balance Sheet or Certification from Chartered / Cost
Accountant firm indicating the Code Number.
(c) PF code number & PAN, issued by appropriate Govt. authority.
(d) AGST Clearance certificate issued by appropriate Govt. authority
must be submitted.
(e) Certificate of sound financial standing from any Nationalized
Bank must be submitted alongwith Bank Account No.
(f) All the certificates and documentary evidences required to
be submitted in support of para 2.0(a), 2.0(b), 2.0(c), 2.0(d)
& 2.0(e) above should be duly attested by competent authority
as well as by the applicant alongwith official seal. This will
be applicable for all contractors / construction firms including
OIL Registered contractors.
(g) The original certificates / documents should be produced for
authentication by OIL.
3.0 The application in sealed envelope, super
scribing the Tender No. & applicant's name/ address with the details
of information as mentioned above should reach the Office of CHIEF
MANAGER (CONTRACTS), OIL INDIA LIMITED, Duliajan on or before
11:00 AM on 23.05.2005. If however the date happens to be a Holiday/
Bandh, it will be received up to the next working day till the
same time. Application may be sent by post. However, for the delay
in receipt or non-receipt of the same, the CM (Contracts) will
not be responsible.
4.0 OIL INDIA LIMITED reserves the right to curtail/
enhance the scope of the work stated above or cancel, if required.
The details will be indicated in the final Tender Document.
5.0 The parties found suitable by the Company
will be furnished with complete set of tender papers covering
all details of work. The bid closing and opening time and date
will be indicated on the tender documents.
